You stop all your momentum in... close to every move in the vid... Dont stop up, keep spinning or something, depending on what you're going to do. And get some more speed on your cartwheels and stuff. lol. xD

for the btwist you need to toss the rice!

For your swing through you have your legs to close together on landing obviously, it's good to be tight through the twist but you need to get the swinging leg to trail behind a bit when your coming down to land for the swing. Practice holding that leg back, many people like to do it by practicing twist rounds although having a twist round is not completely neccesary.
