I need tips to help me concentrate on landing on a single foot. I have like a mental block with my right foot.
I can't seem to land one 1 foot with my:
-Standing and RO Flash
-Gainer (flash)
-btwist type of thing
-Any other moves similar to these
ANy one had the same problem and have a few drills / tips / ideas on how to fix it ?
Thanks, it pisses me off since I love "Flash" moves.

ok basically you wanna relax one leg and kick as hard as you can with the other. sounds obvious but really forget youv got two legs and just blast through with the kicking leg :good:

I never thought of relaxing the other leg, lol. This should make my flash type moves better :smile:
{i have a better flash than my avatar now though}

seriously, dont think of a roundoff flash as a 'one legged' landing. I say this because there is literally only a second between the kicking leg tourching the floor and the non-kicking leg. If you try and land a full on roff flash on one leg then its going to hurt, and even cause permanent damage to your knee, so be careful!
even standing flashes can be dodgy, but tbh you're pretty safe doing those landing on one leg. Like dave said, just try and relax one leg and really power through with the other.
just practise practise fucking well practise. Thats what i had to do :good:

Aight thanks. I try to drill them, but I land them on one foot after like 5-6 flahs I throw, and when I concentrate on the landing, I sacrifice height lol.
But I will definitely try the relaxing method, and be careful not to fall direclty on one leg.
Thanks both of you, UK tricksters for the win!
