http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bngAOzV8tBg i've done it once before but then hurt my ankle[if you look at the landing closely you'll see why] anyway i probably need to dip more, but besides that i'm not sure, so tips plz
welll itr probably beacause of your bad setup .
u need to trow that leg powerfuly back then dip and explode! up
stall a split secound and twist.
and i dont think that you need to run this much the only thing it does is confuses u that what i think. and u dip a little to late that u cant bring your
torso up and thats why you get little hight .
^^
soo 1) fix the setup
2) dip
3) jump
4) stall
5) bring torso up
if u do this things your b twist will be perfect
and u can always improve the swing of the first leg but your is fine ^^
good luck dud :}

When you throw the leg out before the dip, you want to have it somewhat straight (not much knee bend) so you can throw it out farther. When you put it down, bend both legs pretty deep to explode upwards.
I also find it easier to focus on technique by doing a non runnning set up (2 steps).
I kinda landed my first btwist today (on one knee and one foot, but i landed in ninja stance so its all good :D ) by throwing my back leg up HARD, stalling for height, and twisting hard w/ my arms.
P.S. i will post a vid of me doing my Btwist soon, after i can land it every time.
