o.k. so i have a backfull(easy) i saw i guy at the gymnastics club do a 180 wip-back but i was wondering if it was possible to do a wip back full ( wip back = no handed bhs very fast arched back, full = 360 if you didnt know ), if anyone knows how to do one , or has some tips it would help

...anyways, I would call this one experimental as far as I'm concerned. I haven't seen any whipback fulls in gymnastic competition, as well as I can remember. As a matter of fact I'll probably try this one on tuesday.
and tips? Keep your body stiff and spin faster than with a usual r-off full. If you want it to be in true whipback fashion, it has to have the potential to link further moves like a normal b-handspring

I do them on accident sometimes, and the gymnastics dude yells at me. Basically I throw my head back to soon and dont set, and it kinda turns into a whipback full.
