Well tricking in a gym isn't going to stop you aching. You may need to do some conditioning prior to tricking seriously if you ache that bad. Try joining a Gymnastics class or a Martial Art.

well it would help if you said where you live. Call up your local council or whatever and ask them if there are any local gymnastic places that have adult (if you're over 16) sessions that you can go to. If they do then great, go for it. If they dont then just trick in your backyard.

well if you can't be bothered to trick outside i recommend you to stop tricking
gyms are fun but and helpful but they are not a must, so don't rely on gyms too much.
also make sure you stretch and warmup properly before you trick, don't attempt moves that are far out of your reach. if you follow simple guidlike that you probably won't have any physical problems for now

rip the matrass out of your bed and lay it on the grass, that might help you with a soft landing:cool:
No but seriously, it's like Bboysafety said: gyms are for fun and for practising uber hard moves. Just trick in your backyard or take your bike and see if you can find a better place to trick in your neighbourhood like sand ground (not good for height, but it will give softer landings) or maybe you'll come across a gym...
