Hello everybody
I need help, I m trying to start tricking.
I would like to start with an upkeep(even if it's not a trick....), an au batido and an aerial. What tips could you give me. I'm also doing some streching, along with yoga exercise to increase flexibility. Hope to get help.:juji:
Thanks

the best bet with any new trick is to try it first and ask questions later. also, doesnt juji have an aerial tutorial up on the main site?

With an aerial I reccommend learning how to do a butterfly first. That's how I learned.. when you get your butterfly perfect, then move onto an aerial and you'll have it as long as you don't throw yourself into the ground.

yeah man, a keep up....... that's why I'm really a beginner:dead:
LOL go to a bboy forum to learn kip-ups (bboy.org) although you don't really need a tut. Kip-ups are really good for handsprings btw.
