lol, learn a gainer layout to a breakfall on floor so you can learn off height, learn a front flip on ground, learn a double front flip off a spring board then do off height, and learn a standing full twist, backflip of course and backflip, and then learn both to break fall. and there you go done, and get really consitant because if you fuck up you die. lol.
