K so I started attempting this move on plyo the other day. I found I could land it, but it really would start to kill my shins. Is there a certain way you can go about doing this move that will help with the hard landing?
Depends on how you land on your feet. If its the heels of your feet thats wrond. You don't want to land it flat footed either. Get more on the balls of you feet.

Im pretty sure I point my toes, but then I think I just punch right away into the front tuck.
Do your shins hurt going into the front tuck or after you land the front tuck?

lol i eat this combo for breakfast ! i do front ro full backhandspring backflip frontlfip on grass :D but i recently sprained my ankle doing a front out a backflip combo (wet grass with little bumps and shit in it) and now my ankle is liek permenantly swolen :( and i`ve not done a front out since :(:(:(
That's wonderful, but it doesn't quite help anyone. Or impress them.

yeah sorry haha got a bit carried away :dead:
Man what i would say helps is if you get s super solid frontflip down first and try just jumping forwards out of your backflip at first.(this will stop you frontflipping backwards when you come round to doing it)Once you practice that try landing your backflip with your arms up by your head and then jump forwards into a frontflip just like you would normally and with practice you`ll probably get it. I`d also reccomend you get standing fronts aswell cause that will greatly make this easier to do. Oh and about it hurting your shins, that means your probably not getting enough height so heres a link to my frontflip tutorial and check it out and it may help improve your frontflips abit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-eDd_bLAs3M  well good luck!
