Depends on how much you practice, really.

Alpha speaks the truth. 15 mins?? that's like enough time for a warm up! Now I'm not saying that you should trick for more than an hour in order to make good progress. A 45 mins session you can get some good practise in.

Yes, you don't trick enough. As alpha said, get a camera, and trick for an 45 minutes to an hour.

15 min warmup 30-45 min tricking 15 min cool down nnot everyday or else you might overwork yourself a few times a week should do the trick

Alternatively, you could have shorter sessions daily, or if you really want, three to four longer sessions weekly, like trickster said.

im a slow learner but after 2 years i can trick for 3 hours almost non-stop...dont do a trick after trick after trick, take some time between each move but not to much time (like a min or two) helps me
Dogen Video Tutorial : Muscle Memory tut explains it well ^^

do whatever the hell you want :good:
im fed up with people saying "yer do this and you'll get 1337" "spend $3498675 on this camera just so you can notice the seven shades of grass stains on your trousers" "do this before you trick" blah blah.
do whatever the hell you want, trick once a week, trick once a month, trick every hour on the hour if you want.
Learning curves are entirely individual. After a year of pissing around tricking i could do about 5 or so tricks (540,btwist,bflip,720, 360s etc) but i didnt really get disheartened. Learning tricks is waaaay fun.
EXACTLY.
I tricked like nonstop for a whole month during the summer of '05.
Then I never tricked again.
Then I started tricking whenever I felt like it this summer.
Basically, just do it when you feel like it, and have fun doing it.
Learning tricks is waaaay fun.
agreed
how does an hour a week sound and if i get the b flip tonite i think things could perk up
That's a good pace. If you notice progression, then it's a good pace.

Set schedules mess you up. Just do it when you feel up to it.
how much does a really cheap camera over in the uk cost.cuase i really prefer to see myself when perfecting technique. and yeah fuck deadlines tricking is relaxed i will just trick more often.
Definatly. Sometimes, I will trick two days in a row and sometimes, I'll only trick like once in 2 weeks.
