You are tucking well, but i don't know about your jump, cause you're bouncing on a trampoline, you're not even jumping from a dead start, you're bouncing. You may as well land it well or land on your face on hard ground...
Keep in mind that backflips on trampolines are alot easier.

Your form is great, the other guy has a point that trampoline is different but the way you're doing it won't make a difference at all. If you do EXACTLY what you just did on the tramp on the ground you'll at least get to your hands and knees, and that's assuming you don't throw as hard. The only thing you have to remember is DO NOT BAIL! You just gotta think to yourself "no matter what I'm gonna jump and do the backflip" If you go balls out and do EXACTLY what you did you'll easily land a backflip- you might even over rotate it. Go try it.

The form is excellent.
Just try it on ground. And make sure to jump as hard as you can. And don't bail.
Get a spotter first. You won't regret it.

ok ill try it next time training anyway more opinions???
umm ya uve got the form obviously, just keep in mind on the tramp you can open up way earlier and still land the flip completely standing up.
when you first do it on ground hold the tuck in for dear life, basically.

i think it will be hard to hold the tuck because my trainer told me that i need to have a short and quick tuck and i got regular to this......
another think is that i dont feel like i am tucking because i was told that the rotation comes from pulling my ass up and that the main thing that i do and it's look like the knees coming up automaticly when u do this but i dont know this feeling is different fron a regular tuck and it's hard for me to keep the tuck longer.....what do think?????
Just get your trainer to spot you and figure it out from there.

you wont be able to do that short of a tuck on flat ground... But you dpin fast which is nice. Try it standing (w/o bounce) on tramp then work it onto mats.

Thats about the best advice you can give.
For me a backflip on the ground just has a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT feel than on a trampoline, just.. Dont bail, what i did was, i said to myself "Ok im going to count to 3 and on 3 i HAVE to go, no matter what, even if im not ready"
And thats pretty much how i overcame it.. Just go and do it, you'll realise its not that bad after the first 2 or so.

Trampoline backflips are scarier than on ground.
