I loved that tutorial. I think I just grew the balls to go out and try a front flip now, because you make it seem simple. I'm sure it is simple, but I don't even have much fear of the move anymore. I tend to think the worst when it comes to injury with tricking and gymnastics.
"Oh, what if I land straight on my back and fuck up my spine? I already have two bulging discs in my lumbar spine, so this could screw me up for life."
"What if I overrotate and slam my face into the floor and lose teeth?"
Yeah - I'm slightly irrational with this all.

o, i screwed up my teeth when i over rotated, one of my 2 front teeth is chiped and i didn't even notice it after 2 week when my mom was like "is something wrong wtih with you rteeth", ya.. now one is 1 mm longer than the other

Awesome tutorial. I do front tucks as well, and the only thing I can think of adding is proporitonal blocking as to how fast you are going. If you run too fast and don't put your feet forward enough you'll go up, but you'll also move more horizontally. If you want to get really high, you run at a slightly fast pace with bringing your feet more in front, depending on how much momentum you want to go up, and how much to go forward.
Besides that, beautiful tutorial, and awesome music. Reminds me of a video game like Donkey Kong. You did an excellent job with the effects. I think you will become one among Dogan, Sess, and Andy, if you keep this up.

Reminds you of Donkey Kong? That IS from Donkey Kong (Country), the mine cart levels haha.
I liked that choice and the tutorial in general. You do frontflips quite well and comfortably k-slash, the most important thing when posting a tutorial like this. I'm sure this'll definetly help people. I've been working on this move a lot lately, it was always so on and off for me before because I hardly worked on it. I haven't actually landed a successful one on grass yet, but then again I haven't tried in ages haha. Been drilling the technique down on plyo, which are easy enough.

I disagree about how to use your arms. The way you do it, starting with them up and keeping them there, takes away a lot of momentum that could be generated if you were to start with them down and then throw them up. also, it tends to cause you to go forward more than straight up. watch my front flip and see what i do with my arms. its all personal preference in the end i guess though.

yo man this is dawodu from club 540 and urbanfreestyle from youtube  we`ve allready went over this afew times haha. Yeah man i found that i have trouble with your way as your way also contradicts your own momentum as you push forwards as you jump but have to pull back against your rotation to tuck changing the direction of your momentum, and you can jsut as easily push out forwards your was as mine haha but different ways work for different people man  doesn`t meen one way is better, just means they work for different people
