Alright, here is what you need to do. You need to lean your torso back a bit more, and you need to be in a hollow position, your arms extending diagonally in front of you. When you hurdle your feet, you go too high up, make the hurdle low and long, and push your waist up when your toes make contact with the floor.

Tell me what happens if you do that. Keep your arms straight, make sure you get into a hollow position right before you tuck over. Remember to lean your torso back, and put your feet more in front, it helps loads. Also, you tuck too early, make sure you only tuck when you feel yourself extend straight, and then tuck.

But doing these things perfectly is very difficult, especially for me to keep hollow when I hurdle. Make sure your your torso is leaning back far enough to at least be perpendicar from the ground, that's the minimum you should lean your torso back, and make sue that before you punch, that you don't pull your arms back. It doesn't help.

Make your arms diagonally and straight the whole way, because it enables you to go into a tucking position faster, and it helps you get higher up.

Show me a video later, and tell me if this helps.

for your little hop just hop more forward than up (pretty much block more haha sry) also it may help to stall and ride it up a little bit more before you tuck. Look at Dogen's tutorials for center of gravity and blocking they help a butt load.

Your fronts aren't bad, but you are whipping down with your hands. I find whipping them up in the jump then whipping them down gives more height.
More height = Kickass

it is true for me. not necessarily for you, though... you will find a technique that is good especially for you. by branling often, of course...
