So i've been recently throwing these, and enjoying the results compared to my J-stepped gainers. I was wondering If there was anything I could be doing to help get more power out of it. Any tips would be great.
EDIT:Tho, I think it's more of a cartwheel gainer, it was just on the opposite side i normally cartwheel which is my raiz side.

Haha, you could at least put "EDIT:" so you dont make it look like you already said that.

What would make it a gumbi then? What really is the difference between the two?

Correct me if I am wrong... basically you put your first arm down for the cartwheel, then arch your back and put your second down almost in a bridge. The first leg kicks over as usual and the result is a backwards travelling cartwheel. Capoeirista use them all the time.
