Did you post this on T-Nation as well? I've seen the vid before, but it was labeled as 175kg.

OMG smith machine. Those things suck, and they make things easier.

Nice job though.

.. weird machine. Use normal loose weights instead. It's better:)

And PUSSYYYYY!!! You used protection!:P

Excellent depth though.

Hohohohoho, yes smith machines do make things easier, but this shit doesn't ...because you are not restricted in the sagittal plane (forward-backwards) at all, the side bars move frictionless!

and yes i am a pussy for using the pad. I AM.

Nice.
But what is the point of having the bar on those rails? Can you 'rack it' mid squat? Or does it have to be against the back rails where the catch slots are?
It just seemed like a fancy power cage.

Nice squatting though.

I CANNOT COMPREHEND THE REASON OF EXISTENCE OF THIS FANCY RACK. its utterly gay. i wish i had a real rack.

It makes it a lot easier to keep balance, as the bar doesn't move from side to side.

... and by side to side, I mean both literally to the left and right, and down/up (bobbing).
