Why does raw or frozen uncooked broccoli give you an insane amount of gas??
I've used frozen brocooli in shakes and you get so much gas, it's just air, but hey is it annoying. Do you have to cook or steam it to make it easier to digest?

I would consider raw broccoli a waste. Too many good dishes to be cooked with broccoli for it to be eaten raw.

Heck, any kind of good sauce, with Broccoli cooked in it, is going to be great.

I'm sure you can find it somewhere. Keep looking.
Canned pumpkin isn't that great.

That's because it's just pumpkin. And pumpkin by itself, especially mashed into a can shape, isn't going to be that amazing.

Cooking makes all food easier to digest, yes. Unless maybe you burn it to ash, not sure what occurs then. I'm not sure why it would give you more gas though. Maybe cooking destroys whatever the bacteria in your intestines feed upon to produce the gas?

Plus comme "pump in" (your anus).
