I noticecd that after my power yoga class for school. I have somekind of "spot" on my lower back that hurts. It's between the 4th and 5th vertebra.
When I push with my thumb on it it hurts, and it hurts when I try some back stretching ( Stand up and try leaning the upperbody ddownwards) it hurts right there, too. It's big as a quarter piece. I stopped lifting since I discovered it, so maybe a week ago.
Any idea what this could be? Moved disc? Just a weakness in my muscle?
Should I Ice it, Deadlift again? Any tips welcome.

See a doctor. Or, better yet, sports physiologist. Or at least a chiropractor.

im goin to the doctor tomorrow so he can tell me he has no idea why my back is hurting me.. i got this nice little microwave "Bed buddy" smells like oatmeal and heats up pretty well, the heat really helps, but its no cure :eh:
Swimming, squatting, hyperextensions and leg raise variations all help.

Thanks my friends :) I'll go squat a doctor while swimming with his chiropractor wife while the sport physiologist raise his leg in an hyperextensionable way.
Stupidity aside, I've booked a "rendez-vous" with a chiropractor next week, and I'll follow all your tips too. Great help :)

Or at least a chiropractor.A chiropractor will tell you that your vital life force is being hampered by a subluxation in your nervous system, and that curing your emotional anguish combined with cracking your back noisily will fix things.

Your forth and fifth vertebra are definately not your lower back. Lumbar?

Yeah, I thought it was all the same area, but I realise it must be some kind of problem with either the discs or the vertebra itself.
Good observation. (:

I can attribute to this.
He will tell you that your life depends on spending 40 dollars each day or week for adjustments.
adjustments that don't help you, make you feel worse actually, and take about 4 minutes of his time.

I already spent 120 bucks and will spend another 40, it's worth it. Shut your poop.
