Just finished. Nice tutorial and of course nice gainers, Andy. Cheers and all that other UK nonsense hahaha.

I miss this move more than anything because of how easy it is (landing it on my first try) and then developing bad habits instantly, keeping me from ever doing it again. Of course I didn't even apply all those tips when I did it, but somehow I still got around.

I love this move. When I can someday do it that clean, I'll be one happy Swartz.

great man, sometimes in tuts people don't show enough of the trick they're explaining, but you got loads of them in, which was great, and you made loads of great points, cheers man.

i tried it few times today trying it the hard way i can land on my knees, trying it from j-step i constatntly fell on my nec, i guess it's because of fear. :( but still today was one of the best sessions ever =] got 360 gyro, crescent 540, btwist2cork combo, yipee, few clean doublelegs.

i can't moonkick too :( but at least i don't fall on my neck when i try it, will moonkick help me getting g-flash? at moonkick i too don't get no hight cause i'm scared to go accidently to g-flash =]

gainer flash before moonkick is what i learned but moonkick was more slant gainer flash when i learned it.

To be honest, the gayner flash is one move I always struggled with. These tips are excellent, and this tutorial was excellent. I wish I coul do used the "lifting of the chest" back when I was struggling.

Ahh Gainer Variation! after a fuckup with a gainer and a shoulder dislocation im scared to do them on ground again! second time a gainer has put me out!

BTW! Alpha this has been one of the best tutorials i seen all Year! Thanks Tones!

I downloaded xvid and it still isint coming on? its just a blank web page!
edit: ok now it loaded but there is this message saying quick time hasnt got the files, also its just voice with a big fuzz... gay i downloade xvid!

absolutely awesome tutorial man thanks andy i really needed this cos i kept on making the mistake of going all the way round on my j step making it into a U shape and that really killed all my momentum as soon as the gym is open in jan i will drill this using ur tips

if i we're there i would've given you some real pointers on how to do it!

just a shame i was 'exedingly good cakes' that day.

i aint actually watched it yet but somehow i can guess what going to be in it..... sound effects maybe?? perhaps?? good cakes??
