Okay then. Circuit training is for women?

Please perform for me

A1) Chin-ups, supinated (palms facing you)
Sets: 3
Reps: 10
Rest Interval: 0 seconds (after one set, move directly to the next exercise below)

A2) Squat
Sets: 3
Reps: 10
Rest Interval: 0 seconds

A3) Push-up
Sets: 3
Reps: 10
Rest Interval: 0 seconds

A4) Deadlifts
Sets: 3
Reps: 10
Rest Interval: 120 seconds

The A1-A4 designations mean you do one set of each exercise with no rest in between. After the last exercise, in this case deadlifts, you’ll rest for the prescribed amount of time and then repeat the whole circuit two more times.

Go for it, my friend.

no circuit training is a form of general anaerobic conditioning and the benefits definitely spill over the aerobic component as well. It's not time consuming and if done correctly will significantly increase EPOC, thus raising your metabolism for many hours. It will also promote and actually trigger a favourable hormonal response for fat loss. An added advantage is that it has NO detrimental effect on muscle mass as does your regular long steady aerobic endurance training.

sth like that

15 burpees
5 chin ups
15 fast bodyweight squats
10 20kg dumbell swings
10 sit ups

5 rounds with MINIMAL rest between them (like 15-20 secs) and definitely no rest betewwen the exercises
