chicanerous made this, maybe contact him to request a re-makx-salvage version of it.
I have part of it (not the sample work out) that I can post when I get home from school.

Hmm that's interesting. Not a rehash of what we say 10x a day on the site. I have to train for MMA, but because of tricknig I barely ever make the weight I want. At the same time, I am starting to notice a decrease in max rotation. I give props to the tricksters that can fly like the rest but still got some bulk.
Salvaged!

That tutorial was a lot different than what I expected. I thought it was how to maintain bulk while keep your skills as a trickster.
I don't like weight training, if its above body weight, its bad for you. I want to be halthy when im older (tricking isint helping, but its too damn addictive).

what the hell lol jkt is just confused .Ok weight lifting is the best for tricking !!!!!!!!!!!!!! it helps build speed , strength and can even make u more flexible if u fully extend ur range of motion while doing some exercises.
It can also help u mentally to condition ur self and help u get u in the right mind frame beacause when u push urself pyhsically to achieve new goals this mindframe is great for tricking the determination etc.I wight train 3 times a week to strengthen my joints cos i had a lot of knee problems but now my knee is a whole lot stronger as a result and i feel a lot better pulling off 540's
