Thanks. Seen a couple of them, they were all helpful---been workin on those titanium ankles, but im figuring i'd get injuries anyways, oh well they'll still help.
dogen, do u sideflip one side and aerial the other side? Or is this incoorect? becuase if u do that mean when u do cart side combo which side do u do it on then?

Did you redo these? Even the ones I've seen have these weird pictures on them, now I'm not sure what to get, maybe the old ones have new info...

Titanium ankles was great, My shin muscles increased in size ^^. Never even thought of muscle that sort, mostly doing squats with +120kg

Are calf raises really as good for vertial height as plyometrics?

no. they are not meant for increasing your vertical. they are meant to condition. increasing your vertical is simply a side benefit. Don't expect much from calf raises.

haha, I have the same prob, though I somehow solved it by starting doing ball-aerial....I don't think it'd be much trouble doing the cart on ur weak side though, maybe just a bit weird:eh:
Oh, and yeah, thx Dogen for the tuts, very usefull
I aerial left leg up in the air first. I sideflip left leg inverted first; both moves go the same way, if that's what you're asking?
