Anyone have a boxing bag stand or a B.O.B training bag they want to sell. I'm lookin to buy one but they're damn expensive new.

dude before you even go trying to spen dmoney.... ask around amongst your friends. I asked like 2 people and the second person had a 80 pound bag, medicine ball, gloves, and a bunch of crap his step dad never used so he gave it to me!!

what i'm saying is you most likely know someone, or know someone who knows someone that has a bunch of shit they dont ever use that will either give it to you or sell for cheap.

another good boxing drill would be those therabands? I don't know the exact english term. Those rubbertubes. You can practice your hits against resistance with them.
