Blood in stool?

Yeah like the title says I recently(yesterday) started taking L-tysorine(500mg), Vitamin B6(20mg) and Phosphatidylcholine (1000mg) and well the day after I had blood in my stool. Which kind of got me quite worried because it means I might be having internal bleedings just wondering if I should be worrying about this and if it might be related to the nootropics?

was the blood on the stool, also was there blood on the toliet papper ?
Or was it just random red chunks in your stool.
If you have bright blood on the toilet paper then it would be an indecations of hemroids usually.
Darkness tar like blood is from higher in your gastric system, and could be quite bad, other things to be worried about is crohns if it runs in the family, any bleeding from the rectum should be seen by a doctor.
If it was red chunks and there was no blood on the paper, id say it was the chillies you ate, things like that just pass through, corn also does that :P
