Uuuuhhhh... what? You're asking if tricks will make you shorter? Answer: no, tricks will not make you short.

If you fall straight onto your feet from like 20 feet up you'll collapse in on yourself. You'll lose at least 3 inches.

Malnutrition will stunt your growth more than tricking ever would, unless you break a bone or have a serious injury that does damage to your skeletal frame.

Eat lots and train hard. Your growth will not be compromised.

Even though there are a lot of compression forces, you still tend to decompress once they go away, like when you lie on the couch or in bed to sleep.

Or you could do that pullup-bar hanging thing, or those spinal decompression chairs.

I actually found a slew of websites dedicated towards heightening, these kids do this weird stuff like sprinting to attempt to cause microfractures in their bones, then they fall asleep at night with huge ankleweights on with their legs hanging over the bed, and they drink a lot of milk.

They grow, but they're 16 so they might not have finished growing anyway, and either way I'd attribute it to the milk more than sprinting/ankle hang though their theories are pretty interesting adaptations on the heightening surgeries that are done, I'm not sure it would be consistant enough.
