Ok I condition through basics at home, and from maritial arts, gymnastics, swimming ect. But i would like, a few mintues daily training regime for my legs, because i need more power 2 aerial and doubleleg.
so if any one can help?

Do one legged bodyweight squats.

There very good because they use more then just your quads plus it helps to build balance. also its not hard to add more weight to advance. just pick up something heavy and do it again

Unilateral (one legged) work with whatever weight you can get.
