So, to introduce myself my name is Cody
Anyway, i'm a decent athlete. I've always wanted to start doing things such as tricking/breakdancing/martial arts for the fact that its just really cool and would keep me in shape.I live in U.S. state of delaware though, not too many trickers to learn from or even a nearby gym (cant drive yet).
the problem is i'm not strong or skilled enough at the moment and i need some advice on how to approach that. Starting new years i plan to begin working out every other day and beginning a diet to cut fat and gain muscle mass. I don't want to be monster big....just enough to look fit and actually start tricking and doing other althetic activities, such as sports.I also want to begin getting the courage to attempt a trick without a trampoline.
So whats the best diet i can begin to start achieving this goal?..is it healthy for me to do it at 14years old? Also what are some workout routines i can begin to help me achieve muscle mass and be a better tricker/overall athlete?
