What's up guys! I'm pretty new to the tricking community have been trying to follow simple tutorials in order to get me started off with some basic tricks.

I've been doing Shaolin Lohan and Tae Kwon Do since I was little, I'm half Chinese and my dad's side of the family was always the stereotypical Chinese-type family. However I took a break when I was about 11 or 12, and recently got back into it over the summer. I joined my old TKD studio and got recruited into a reputable demo team (MTeam).

Currently my situation is this: I can kick, albeit more power than speed. When it comes to flexibility, I'm still trying to nail that down. I'm the noob in the team, and we're due in April to open the show up for the First Annual TKD Hall of Fame in New Jersey. It's going to be the first of many ceremonies, that is inviting masters from all over the place, with Olympic teams, and world champions.

I don't want to suck in front of these people.

I'm aiming to get a body-structure like Juji and I have a good sense of what to do, but I was hoping you guys could help out with a routine I could follow to develop some pretty sculpted thighs, abdominals, wings, and such.

Thank you guys!

Read some of the stickied guides. Also, find chicanerous' post on lifting for tricking.
Research diet/nutrition.
