I can't get splits when I'm at home stretching. Not even close after a lengthy warm-up (jogging, hopping, dynamic stretching, etc.). I'm talking front splits, sidesplits are impossible because of a problem in my right pelvis.
HOWEVER
During a tricking session, I can throw a hypertwist and slide into a split. Every session for the past 3 weeks. I haven't even been stretching lately...
