I don't know what you guys think, but I think that this takes a lot of strength. It is very impressive.

werd, he owns for sure. It would inspire me to try planche training again, if I had any reason to think I might succeed.

Well for upper body, I use gymnastic rings that I have at home, I do weighted pullups/chinups and I'm training one handed pullups, weighted dips. On the rings, I'm working to towards the iron cross, front lever, back lever, l-sit, planche, handstand. I mainly work my planche on elevated pushup bars, like short parallettes, and then do handstands and handstand presses and stuff like that. Then I do squats and deadlifts also mainly strength gain oriented. Then I also train tricks.
My routine spans over 4 days, day 1 is upperbody, day 2 legs and core, day 3 upperbody(different exercises), day 3 legs and core(some different exercises), day 5 is rest then I start again. But I'm seing what results I get and modifying it accordingly.
