My appendix tried to kill me, WTF!

Yeah, so I got it removed. Anyway, that was about 3 weeks ago. Im itching to get back into my training, but at the same time I don't want to tear any of the internal stitches or anything. Anybody know what the recovery time is required for this sort of thing. I know everybody heals at different rates and I wanna heal right, but I also want to minimize my time away from training. I've heard times ranging between 3 weeks to 3 months, what do you all think?

Dr said between 3 weeks and 3 months.

Then it's probably between 3 weeks and 3 months.

Ask about some rehab exercises, and buildup slowly. Youshould be able to tell when you're ready.

when i had mine out it took me about 2 weeks to recover and i was back to my old self.idk? some people have diffrent recovery times as well.
