yo got a question for body builders... i have done workouts but stop for at least 6 - 9 months. As such, My muscles hav like say " Shrink". It became like a person who dosent work out. But recently i hav been goin to the gym for 7 days straight. And i really force myself to carry the dumbbells and use those dicky machine. But is it safe to continue like this?
Don't be in a rush to get back muscle. If the workouts that you did 6-9 months ago worked, then start doing them again. Seven days in the gym is too much.

If you have no passion in it then you might as well quit.
You need to take a day or two off to rest. Muscle dont grow in the gym. They grow when your resting!
Also keep nutrition and food key. Lifting weights only does so much, food is what gets you what you want.
