Didn't know where to post really so I just pinned this thread in this forum.

Heya guys! Nickname's Rahf and I'm a 21 year old polar bear from Sweden.

I've been visiting TT for roughly 8 months now and done nothing about my slouched and horribly pudgy body (Did remedy that with 6 months worth of surfing in Australia though).

At first I just thought it cool to check Juji's samplers and read abit on the forums, but now when I got back I just felt so restless and basically I want to get into some decent physical exercise with alot of variation again.
I didn't think there was anything I could do since I broke my hip around 2 years ago (collided with a tree while snowboarding). Ripped back muscles hurt like shit as well.. Especially when you want to sit up.

My first goal I'm setting is to trim the bodyfat down and build muscle mass (particularly on my legs for jumping power and overall strength).
Second goal is to drastically increase my overall flexibility. Dynamic flexibility used to be decent before I joined the army (National service).
Third goal is to trick, trick and get better at it. Getting over the fear and landing a backflip being my current ultimate goal.

Any swedish tricksters around?
See yer all on other threads.

PS: If you want to quit smoking, don't break your hip. It will work since you'll be high on morphine but the coming 1½ years will be screwed majorly. I even managed to kick my Snus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snus) habit before going to Oz.

**Edit** No, that is not me in my avatar, that is Devin Townsend.

Can't really help you out, there's alot of things to be told. Just start excercising and clean up your diet. You can find info on how here on the forums, the main site and by following some of the links from the main site also.

Jo det finns några svenskar här. Vi är inte värst många dock hehe.

I was thinking on doing some major conditioning and flexibility training before even attempting tricking. Seems like I'll snatch the family laptop with me to the dojo so I don't have to waste 1000 A4s printing stuff out.

Will keep you posted, another goal is to get toned and ripped. Giving myself 6 months first to see what progression I make.
Somehow it feels like I will be making much less progression than the younger guys. That truly applied to the surfing part at least

Don't worry about it. Probably the biggest reason why younger people (your 21, C'MON!) find it easier is because they often allready excercise to some extent.
