I am not sure if this was put up before but if it was well then it will be up again:dead:
i just can't stress enough to every trixer or performer defying gravity i cannot say how important it is do work out your shins. i saw the vid on dogentricks.com and i must say that dude saved my shins before i had a serious injury. and now all my stuff is cleaner, easier, and land is on tip-toes, and softer. if you would like to know how to gain titanium ankles as dogen calls it, jus go to the site. but in short form its a lot of shin raises.
its the opposite of calf raises you raise your feet leaving your heel on the floor. thats a shin raise. you can do it sitting on a bus, at home, sleeping, takin a shit, in the shower, or lean against the wall on a 45 degree angle. do it until you feel a burn in your shins. also do ankel rocks just sqaut down and rock back and fourth without falling until you feel the burn.
workout your shins ppl!!!!
