dude, on your BB.com BodySpace you mention Power to the People as a favourite training book. Do you use "party methods" in your training?

Either way, what do you do, generally? Most importantly, what kind of cycling/periodisation do you use - or do you manage to progress linearly indeffinately, like Lobo.

Just details of your weight training, but a mention of what other shit you do during the week would also be valid.

Thanks

I remember Steve posted his workout previously on this forum before it went down. It consisted of a lot of stuff... including a volume that most dudes here were skeptical of (10x10 sets/reps and >10-15 exercises/workout)

I could also be completely wrong however.

yea - I remember something like that, but he doesn't always train with high volume. I remember something like:

"...but now I'm just doing lazy power training"

I haven't done the same routine twice for the last four months so basically I do everything except endurance.

Also I don't use "party" methods haha, on my power days (which are usually my rest days ironically) I just load for power.

what does that mean?

do you just "go heavy" every time and consistently get stronger between sessions?

No, most of my normal days are loaded out most like a regular body building routine with high volume, but instead of taking rest days, I do heavy core lifts. And yes, I get stronger every time unless I flip out and blow a fuse, at which point my strength stagnates for about 3 days.

owned, ok. I won't take ideas from your training then.

You deadlift 881lbs, you don't need his help...

Yes really. And the only reason I don't get stronger every single time is because I do about 5 times the volume of everyone else in an insane effort to achieve both strength and conditioning.
