ya so right now i weigh 117.5 lbs :D im 5'3"

im currently maxing out at like 160lbs

so can i ever reach 200lbs at my wieght? thanks

After many years of training, unless you learn how to gain weight, you'll probably end up around 140 pounds and able to bench press around 500.

my friend, like 5'5" ish wieghs 140 and benches like 230

thing is, im not trying to stay this light, the thing is...I CANT GAIN WIEGHT! my metabolism just wont allow it...i can hit like 123ish lbs if i eat every meal though, but lately ive been missing lunch due to waking up at 3 pm and just eating dinner pretty much... but chyea

but on normal days, bowl of cereal for bfast, school food for lunch then a decent dinner consisting of rice and shit

Haha here is my diet in general:

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal in 2% fat milk, 6 scrambled egg whites, a cup of cottage cheese, two pieces of toast, a banana, peri-workout shake (soon to be changed), orange juice

Brunch: A sandwich, cup of grapefruit, 10 green olives, cup of yogurt, cup of cashews, glass of milk

Lunch: Leftovers, a burrito, an apple, various junk foods, glass of milk

Dinner: A shitload of meat and vegetables, more milk

Supper: Another cup of cottage cheese and another glass of milk

That's about 5000-6000 calories depending on the dinner, and I'm not full at any point, so fuck off Peeboy_Jon.

To Steve: Pretty wicked calory intake there. I remember consuming about as much in freeze dried food in the army (Hate the rations.) counted in calories that is. Still lost weight on field maneuvers..

If you are full just torture yourself by stuffing your face even more. I have a buddy that weighed 120 and he wanted to start gaining weight so he would sit in the cafeteria and force himself to eat for an hour and a half..he has put on about 30 pounds so far. Nothing about putting on muscle is easy
