But im worried i might be sick...cuz my piss is like yellow, i mean like fucking gatorade Lemon lime yellow. And it smells 2.

Its like neon yellow.

Not the normal golden yellow indicitive of dehydration.

I thought it might be excessive B vitamin intake since i DID take a performancem ultivitamin for the first time in a month yesterday....

but it smells funny too

Some of the Skeleteens soft drinks change the colour of your piss, as well as your tounge, teeth, lips, etc.

Either dehydration or excess vitamin B.

When I was in Japan I drank over 3 litres of water because it was 30 degrees celcius each day but becaus eI ate so much rice I had alot of vitamin B which made my piss glow in the dark.
