Does the Horse stance or golden bridges excersise help you for tricking? I'd like to know.:smile:

think of it like this: When are you EVER in horse stance or w/e when you trick?
you never are. So you dont need to do it.
I just thought it might strenghthen my legs

it may, but when you could just go do some squats or plyometric training, why would you want to sit for a few hours in horse stance, especially when the benefits are very small in comparison.
well my gym is closed for refurbishments so it will have to do.

it strengthens your hip flexors which aids in developing flexibility :good:

Why would horse stance strengthen your hip flexors? Wouldn't leg raises be better?
I think it's a willpower isometrics sort of thing, builds discipline and confidence, probably helps your martial arts more than tricking though.
