Anyone ever heard of this? I know the guy who apparently wrote it, Alywn Cosgrove, is apparently some well-known in the professional trainer industry, however I was wondering if the 50 bucks for the book is work it. http://www.afterburntraining.com/

This is apparently an excerpt from the book that deals with interval training and it sounds fairly good: http://www.alwyncosgrove.com/Energy-System-Training.html

However, still don't know if it's worth the 50 bucks. To bad I can't find it on any of the standard *cough*other*cough* book channels... ;)

Don't by it. DON'T. Seems like utter crap. Anything that has the word "instant" combined with "fat loss" and "without changing your diet" is usually crap.

The afterburn program includes diet as far as I know. And, regardless of the marketing BS that every product has, Alwyn Cosgrove is a very good trainer. I've read a lot of his work and he knows his stuff. He also happens to train people for a living(unlike some other "internet gurus") so I think it'd be worth it.

Yea, the main page looks like a bunch of bull, but I've been doing more searching and the 'reviews' of the apparent program haven't been that bad. Now, if only I had the 50 bucks to spare... we should pool some money together and then pass it around. :P

Thanks for the replies.
