This is an area where we may compile some nuggets of wisdom from our local sports physiologist in training, ashtar.
Well, it is understandable that they don't want to risk losing the strength they worship, and if there is indeed leverage advantages to fat for lifting, more so.
Indeed!
There seems to be sort of a cap on how much muscle a man can gain
I didn't believe it at first.
cold flex is good so if someone asks you to trick you don't have to stand around doing jumping jacks for a minute before you can drop into the splits for them.
Phew! can you say JUMPING JACKS AVOIDED!
Anywho, obviously you got that from reading Pavel literature. The thing about that explanation of residual flex in muscle, is that... wouldn't that make your muscles very tight and limit your flexibility? I'd think you'd want to be avoiding that... since Pavel also sells stretching books, it's sort of contradictory.
Pavel? More like CONTRADICTORAVEL
I think it's a willpower isometrics sort of thing, builds discipline and confidence, probably helps your martial arts more than tricking though.
Discipline... confidence. Spoken like a true maverick medical genius slash ninja.

All those antidepressant drugs are totally useless if someone is depressed because of a nutrient deficiency or legitimate saddening things. Doctors are stupid if they proscribe that right away when you might not even need it, and especially if it's useless.
Yeah! Fucking doctors and their antidepressants. Half of those depressed people don't have legitimate reasons to be depressed! Shit man, I had this riboflavin deficiency once - now THAT'S some tough shit right there. Had to buy multivitamins and everything, shit.
Lol, lipid-cholesterol paranoia.
LOL!
Ashtar; A king among men. A man of true brilliance.
