do you even use it?

i use honey with:

1.) oatmeal.
2.) fruit. (at times)
3.) sweeten drinks (ie tea, other hot beverages, and even water-->thats good try it)
4.) and sometimes i drizzle a little on my salad.

so how do you guys use honey?

Bind together my homemade granola bars or energy bars. Other than that never.

I don't eat it, way too much sugar, importantly fructose. Its a bit of an anorexic-jogging-health-food thing, generally. People that eat quinoa with yoghurt and honey for breakfast, and steamed vegetables for lunch.

I would imagine that the purported health benefits of it (such as it being a topical antiseptic, and systemic antibiotic effects too) are valid, but having to eat all that fructose would outweigh any benefits, imo.

Because there are too many simple sugars in it, haha.

Because (among other reasons) "candy" has lots of sugar in it.

it's good if your cereal is bland. toast. i think someone said rice cakes already. uhm....that's all for me i guess.
