I've heard that the more muscle mass you have, the longer your warm up should be. The reasoning being that it takes the blood longer to get to thicker, bigger muscles as opposed to those of a smaller nature.

I know this sounds like a brief description, but does anyone know anything on this topic?

Yeah. It just struck me not too long ago. I just wondered if anyone knew it was true/had any more info on the matter.

Keep in coming.

Also small wiry faggots can barely lift enough to injure themselves anyway, so body builders must build up their day.

Generally, the longer that you have been training, the longer it takes you to warm up.
