Well recently for about maybe a month or so when I have remained in sitting positions during extended periods and then started walking I have started experiencing a sharp pain in my LCL on both legs, it is so bad that I literally have to sit for awhile and wait it out before I can continue walking.
But the weird thing is that this only occurs when I'm not tricking or stretching. But what can be the reason for this? And is there anything I can/should do about it?

So, you're asking for injury advice from a forum of people that, in your mind, do not know what LCL stands for?

Well it's mostly in my left knee.
What they said, schedule an appointment with a doctor because the best we can do is guess.
