What trick do u think that's better for beginners?¿
I don't know which I would have to try first… I'm just a little more flexible than my friends, but it gives fear to me that it could really hurt me… The idea would be to do one that couldn't hurt me much and take security on the way…
Any case, could u tell me what was your first trick?¿ pliiizzz :depressed

branlesplash is the first move to learn. after success, try branlecannon. branlecannon is only an improved branlesplash.

go start a martial arts and gymnastics class and read the whole forum on the man page, and down load Sesshes tricking 101 off of bilang.com's message bourd. couse thats just what we need a nother half way tricker messing the name up. get the basics learn how to kick properly and tumble (flip) properly.

I would recommend starting with a (spotted) backflip, that takes away the fear for just about every other move.

You gotta get the 540 in, just so you begin to understand the flexibility and control needed to do other tricks.
i just started tricking a few days ago and the first trick i learned was a butterfly twist. its not very hard to learn, but if u are not to good at twisting in the first place you should learn the butterfly kick. the only reason i went straight to the twist was that im fairly athletic and am a lot better at twisting than most people just starting out (as i have been told many times). i also suggest looking at some tutorials for either of those tricks and trying it in a place thats somewhat safe (like on grass). if you are COMPLETELY new to tricking, i suggest things such as cartwheels, handstands, and simple stuff like that.
