This is an article I am sure atleast a few read, it was on MSN today.

http://healthandfitness.sympatico.msn.ca/The+Dos+and+Donts+of+Protein+Consumption/TheSoko/articles/TheDosandDontsofProteinConsumption.htm?isfa=1

I found the very last Don't interesting. I found the article of typical MSN quality. Opinions?

Everything in that article is for women that have hit menopause.

Steve
Jan-03-07, 10:57 PM
If you ask some of these women to lift up their arms, they might not be able to because I am holding them down and fucking them in the ass.

Bobybuilders can't lift up his arms? Fucking MSN piece of shit. I don't normally post, but this really pissed me off.

Lobo

Whey is stupid.

jan
Jan-04-07, 02:13 AM
Yes, whey is totally stupid. It's a supplement.

Omega-3 pills and refined sugar is not stupid though. Same concept, but they're okay.

Someone's mother actually declined them the use of protein, because supplements are dangerous. She offered him omega-3 pills and multivitamines though.

Hey if you wanna get your mamma, tell her that whey is often a main ingredient in baby formula. (its either whey or casein)

I learned alot from this article.

I only read the sub-headings.

Steve

If your parents won't let you get whey, just bother them by eating all the eggs and dairy in the place.

I agree with a few points in that article, however there are absolutly no sources or proof and therefore it sucks the big salty cock.

Also i already eat all the eggs in my house, mmm...all for me and nobody else!

Bodybuilders can't lift their arms, but they can atleast get off of the couch without moving their guts over and swaying backwards then forwards to gain momentum to get up. I bet a fat ass wrote this article. That last paragraph really really showed how credible msn is. CRAP!

DON'T take protein supplements.

Protein supplements are used mainly by bodybuilders to help build overly large muscle mass. If you ask these bodybuilders to lift up their huge arms they might not be able to.

Although these supplements are popular amongst 'gym rats', people aren't aware of the damage they can inflict on a normal body. If you're lifting weights regularly and feeling more fatigued than usual, it's perfectly healthy to increase your protein intake from natural sources, but skip the pink powder.

I heard that protein powder causes your balls to shrivel up, but also allows you to put on muscle without doing any real work.

Or maybe that's steroids.

jan
Jan-04-07, 01:14 PM
Actually, neither.

Benji
Jan-04-07, 01:37 PM
Yeah, I know, but people seem to think that both steroids and whey do that. I was gonna change it because I didn't want a big steroids debate to errupt.

"Hi,

I just wanted to point out that in the article "The Dos and Don'ts of
Protein Consumption" by Adam Orrico as appeared on MSN, the section on
protein supplements is completely incorrect, what he has stated is very
misleading to the readers, some of whom make take what he has said as fact.
Mr. Orrico needs to do some actual research before writing any more
articles."

their response:

Thanks very much for your email and for visiting TheSoko.com. This is

This article written by Adam Orrico did contain a statement that was

-Pat-
Jan-05-07, 08:14 PM
Liban is Lebanon in French haha. I never noticed that. The reason I asked is because he is so typically Lebanese, with all the idiocy and cockiness and whatnot.

Well I must have been mistaken and I formally apologise :)

The majority of Lebanese people aren't bad at all. There's just a classic stereotype that only Lebanese males can fulfill.

No wait! I think the guy in the middle is having a bit of trouble, his facial reaction is clearly stating his arms are too heavy to lift.
