Ok WEll im Kinda a Skeevy Stoner But Juji Has Really inspired Me to Start Eating Right.
So i figured it Out
The Mega Sandwhich Diet.
Because Pretty Much Anything Can Go on a Sandwhich For Example.
Scrambled Eggs with chopped Celary, Carrots, peppers, Hotdogsand w/e eles.
Oatmeal ( i put Nutmeg, raisins, Cinnamon, Brown sugar, white sugar, loads of butter, nuts, And maybe some fruit or sumthing.
Brotwurst with fried Potatoes and Some veggies makes a bad ass Sandwhich
TunaFish Salad Sandwhichs are good even though i dislike tunas smell greatly
you should try sandwhichin it up
Cuz i Make Sandwhiches out of Everything because Im Alwayz in a hurry.
And all my sandwhichs are way healthier than All the junk food i normally ate.
Also if you have one of those Electric sandwhich makers that look like waffle irons use it they are so bad ass i like live on toasted Breakfast Sandwhichs
and what ever eles sounds good between to slices of bread (besides A good percentage of all the moms in the world)
Well peace out and im might ad some mroe ideas as they progress

Hotdogs are horrible.
So is butter
Also a single bratwurst contains 600 Calories, 300 of which is fat calories. I know..my dad buys them.
And fried potatoes??
You clearly know nothing of eating right XD
And EEEEW tuna salad XD that means Mayo which means fat XD i just eat my tuna plain out of the can or put it between some wheat bread and scarf down its dry goodness

Butter is fine, generally.
What is bratwurst?
Nothing wrong with a bit of mayo either.
He said it's healthier than what he normally eats, so good for him. Everyone starts somewhere, just stick to it and keep reading up on nutrition.
Good luck...
I'm not sure why I typed with so many spaces.

Bratwurst is a very succulent sausage.
They are full of oil and fat.
I have a package of Beer Brats and the nutritional info states
Serving Size - 1 GRILLED Link
Calories per serving -270 Calories from fat 200
I over exaguurated
The text I saw inspired me to not read his post but instead read the replies. I cannot stand the "I Use A Capital Letter in Almost Every Word" concept.

I like how you spelled almost everything with a big letter except "I".

Don't wish for it. Judging from your physique I'm surprised you haven't gained more if you eat 4500 calories everyday for a year.
Calories in - calories out = Weight gain/loss/stasis. Unless you have a medical problem prohibiting you from gaining weight, you will gain if you eat enough.

Yeah, but, on top of this I supplement with mucho protien and eat virtually nothing but meat. I'm an ectomorph I suppose, it's really hard for me to gain weight (especially considering how much I trick). I burn a LOT of calories during the day

The thing is, if you calculate everything right (which I'm pretty damn sure you're not that concerned with or?) and add say, 500 calories to your energy baseline, you WILL gain weight. There's no such thing as not being able to gain because of vice versa. Unless you have a medical issue with your metabolism, you will gain if you eat enough.
You could try doing a rough counting of calories for a week and match it with your energy needs to see if you gain anything. What kinds of physical activities do you do? Include tricking and count it all up.

My boss last year was also an ectomorph. He started this bulking diet, where he did no cardio (he was a big biker and had to stop), and only lifted weights. At 5000 cal's he was not gaining anything (6' and 125 lbs). It wasn't until he upped his intake to around 6000 cal's that he started gaining. He actually was up to about 145 before he hurt himself (bulging disc in lower back), and lost most of his gains over a few months where he was imobile.

FAWWWKK. I guess I better start eating more and stop tricking 4 days a week 3 hours a session
You could always shorten the tricking sessions down and keep them really damn intense and constructive! I don't know just how disciplined you are but I'd lose focus at least one or two times during 3 hours of activity,

EXCESSIVELY focused. I'm as serious as Bert, and that's DEAD serious.
I always try to cut back on my tricking but it rarely works out
