Train for hypertrophy.
Weights will make you heavy and clumsy. Do bodyweight squats.

correct me if im wrong, but the skinnier you are the lighter you will be and therefore will have no problem lifting your arms or other limbs and will be able to lift more weight then a weightlifter whose too heavy to move himself
it makes perfect sense

The trick is the swiss ball. It's well known that doing pushups with either your legs or arms on a swiss ball will actually make you stronger than a 1-arm pushup.
