Cut off your fat. Stick it on the scales. Divide by 7.8 and then plus 4.

I am 0.5% body fat and I measured my body fat with a fork.

lobo: I think most precise and acurate way of measuring body fat is with a blood test.

I assume you mean without having your corpse dissected in a cadaver study?

Most people seem to think that “Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing (Hydro-Densitometry)” is probably the best method. But it has been proven to be fairly inaccurate aswell.

I think a DEXA scan is probably the most precise method, if you don’t mind the radiation.

But really, who cares…
