ok well, here's the story:
i was doing chain bhs jst over a year ago, and i got to the 5th one and i landed on my right arm in a pretty odd way. It hurt like hell at my shoulder, and i couldnt move it. It wasnt dislocated or anything because i could move it, it just hurt to do so.
I went to see my physio and he said that it was trapped nerves, and i should take 9 months off. That, of course, didnt happen.
Ever since then i have limited motion in my right arm at the shoulder, i cant touch the middle of my back back putting my hand down my spine, or putting my arm behind me and pushing it up (i.e like the police restraint position)
So anyways...
Yesterday, i was doing backtucks and flash kicks in my garden, and as im sure you all know, the best tech involves throwing the arms straight up. PROBLEM! Since the BHS incident my right shoulder doesnt rotate in a proper circle anymore, it goes up then has to go OUT a load before it can come back down.
And today i did i circled my shoulders, lifted them and dropped them and theyre making a FUCKLOAD of noise, from the collarbones right to the shoulders, on both sides.
---------
other problems:
i cant do weighted front lifts because my left shoulder 'pops out', as in when it gets to around 90' it sinks down and outwards in my shoulder socket and i cant move it, it literally has to 'pop' back in to be able to move it.
ANY HELP??? And please dont just say 'rest it'
