ok i got a good plan for my workout. im going to bulk up during the winter and eat lots of protein, a fair amount of fat, and vegetables and fruit while doing muscular conditioning like weightlifting, squats, and power drills. in the summer i will do cardiovascular activities like running, cycling, stuff like that to loose weight. now i will do regulary stetching through the whole plan but i need help on choosing the protein foods. if you are going to say something like low/high carb foods etc., please say which type of food or a certain type of meal.
Protein foods: Eggs, chicken meat, fish meat, lean beef meat, cottage cheese (For the win!) and more stuff that I need thinking to come up with.
Don't forget that bulking up = focus on protein but keep a steady intake of carbs and fat. I've started my own regime as well.
Nice avatar :P FPS_Doug is hilarious.

Sorry for being the ignorant one here since I'm from Sweden, don't eat much roast beef. What kind of meat is it and what ingredients are used to produce a roast beef?

Nutritional values for random roast beef (https://abp.securesites.com/nutrition.php?ID=83&GROUP_ID=26&HEADER=fillings)
Hope that helps. Use that table to calculate just how healthy it is for you.
I reckon just wait until Nighthunter or someone else gets online and let them copy/paste the same stuff they've been writing for ages now.
*Edit* I love that protein count on the roast beef. As I do love protein count in all meats!!

You don't need to know specific meals.Once you know waht foods are good for you, just cook them up and make it into a meal.
Try to include carbs, protein and fat in all your meals (generally).
I do have a nice list of healthy foods from different macronutrients, but it's not on this computer. Here's a simplified list:
Carbs:
Fruit and Vegetables
rice (brown or basmati)
pasta (wholemeal)
cous cous
lentils
beans
oatmeal
bread (wholemeal)
Basically unrefined grains.
Protein:
MEAT (anything that used to walk, fly or swim)
Dairy - milk, cheese etc...
Eggs
Fat:
Nuts & Seeds
Nut butters
Oils (olive, flaxseed, cod liver etc...)

Compleks gives you a perfectly good answer above.
Just prepare your meals with those food types in mind, job done.
