Then work out harder!

If you eat grainy brown bread then you won't deminish your gains by much. Personally I have a plain white bread roll for lunch most work days and don't feel any worse for it.

Why would eating bread minimize your gains? Elaborate please.

No, never. I can barely think of a worse food to be eating.

I reluctantly eat oats, sometimes. Never wheat, though.

i'm think that because bread have a lot of high glycemic index carbs, so when i eat it the body will absorv it very quickly and would give a peak of energy that if i don't use i will stock, becoming fatter
am i wrong?

Wheat bread is high on the glycemic index but other grain breads are low on the glycemic index like rye, Amaranth, buckwheat and oat breads. high GI foods are good for post workout nutrition and quickly replenishes stable glucose levels in the blood stream.

Is white bread good for energy, before training??

I wouldn't want to eat white bread before a session.. Rather a banana or even better a meal about an hour before. White bread shouldn't be considered a staple energy source.

White bread is extremely refined, has a high glycemic load and increases the risk of metabolism. The opposite is true for whole wheat bread.
Therefore:
white bread = death. Avoid!
whole grains = god

Wholemeal bread is the best and the only bread I eat. I eat it alot especially with peanut butter.

Wholemeal bread = more protein than white bread = Win.

White bread is for pussys.

Yes, but even when bulking usually no more than 6 slices. I get most of my complex carbs from oatmeal anyway, because oatmeal > bread.

Bread is overrated by traditional dietary advice and overly-demonised by the paleofags (e.g. rock_ten). There's no particularly strong nutritional reasons to incorporate it into your diet, and the reasons to avoid it are largely conjectural. White bread being the exception, which is pretty crappy.

The only bread i eat is when i have a turkey sandwich, tuna or egg sandwich.

And its usually no more than 3-4 slices a day

Most of my carbs come from Brown rice, whole grain pasta and fruits/veggies

White bread(and brown wheat) contains too much gluten, which in turn clogs you ducts. Go for old school wheat like Kamut and Spelt.
