This is my old post. I got that DVD long time ago. Good shit. Packed with info. Massages, breathing, posture. (Nothing gay) Much more shit than just stretching. Way more shit than Kurz or Pavel. I got my hands on Kurz's DVD like 15 years ago, when it was advertised in Black Belt.

Zaichik has free movies up on YouTube right? He has kind of an odd voice but does these kick stretches on the wall, and he sold that weird ladder contraption and stuff? Or was that a different guy... I think he does BWC...

But anyway, I like the idea of self massage, like in this one kung fu vid where the guy was slapping his thighs while stretching, it looked neat and noisy.

I seem many tutorials on how to kick and never actual him kick before. Opposite of other people who kick and never explain what they are doing.
